One is in private beta. For an invite, a question, or a problem, email support@asktheone.app and include your iPhone model and iOS version.

Common fixes

• “Allow One full Calendar access” — Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → One → Full Access.
• Travel time asks for location — allow While Using the App; coordinates stay on your phone.
• Music says a song isn't in your library — playing the full Apple Music catalog needs an Apple Music subscription.
• A shortcut can't be found — the name must match exactly as it appears in the Shortcuts app.

Reach Notes and other apps with Shortcuts

One runs any shortcut you name. To add text to Notes from One, install our ready-made shortcut once: Add to Notes (opens the Shortcuts app; tap Add Shortcut). Then say “run my Add to Notes shortcut with: buy limes.”

Delete your account

Email support from your account address with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm within a few days.
